6. SEMAProperties pays two different ways A. At the end of the completion of the property sale or refinance. SEMA may sell or keep the property as a rental. Either way you will be paid back when the property is sold or refinanced B. Monthly. If you choose Monthly payments there is a fee for processing the payments monthly.
7. Can an Investor/Partner Reinvest Their Money after the Closing/Sale/Refinance?
8. Yes, Absolutely! SEMA encourages Investor/Partners to continue to invest their money/profits.
9. What If I change my mind? 10. If for any reason you change your mind, notify us in writing your desire to terminate. SEMA will return your money As Soon As The Project is Completed or in six months. Whichever is sooner. MOST projects are six months or less.
